Andree Hurley

I love Seattle as it is an exciting city full of art, dining and shopping while also a jumping off point to explore and enjoy the Northwest.

I moved to Seattle from San Luis Obispo in 1980 and earned a degree from the Jackson School of International Studies with a focus on trade and investment. This education trained me to see life in terms of world view which helps me to tune into what my clients want whether they are a buyer or a seller.

I chose to work with Coldwell Banker Bain because of the the support and tools my company gives me. Download my brochure, my listing presentation and read my testimonials.

My value proposition to you is this – when I list your home on the market I will do everything in my power to market it in the best way possible. Professional photography and video will create an online experience with great descriptions to bring buyers to your home. I’ll give you a list of all the steps in the process and check them off one at a time. We will schedule the broker’s open, public open houses, have a media campaign, and then organize offers and inspections leading the way toward a successful closing.

When you work with me to buy a home I’ll set-up a search and as I get to know you better I will sculpt the search to your wants and needs. Exploring homes is an adventure that I love. When we tour the time is yours – take as little or as much to explore each listing. I’ve lived in Seattle long enough to have lived in neighborhoods from Ravenna to Ballard and would love to take you on an exploratory day trip around our lovely city.

I’ve helped clients in nearby cities as well; now that we have complete market information online through our multiple listing service, I can easily research the last few months of activity online to start a comparative market analysis, and then finish the research by touring active and pending comparables in the neighborhood. In today’s dynamic market, three to six months of inventory tells a complete story.

When a transaction is underway I have 100% focus on any nuances that might come up – what is happening with lending, what is the inspection response, does escrow have what it needs, is title correct – as someone said, being in real estate is like being a wedding planner; once we fall in love with the home we we start putting all the pieces together which culminate with moving in.

When I am not working I spend my leisure time in many outdoor hobbies such as gardening, walking my dogs, skiing or kayaking.
