I love Seattle on days like today – I can buy bulbs sprouting in pots, attend a seed exchange at the Phinney Ridge Community Center, book volunteer days at the Northwest Flower and Garden Show and get my gear ready to teach skiing at Snoqualmie Summit tomorrow. All of this following my first listing appointment and buyer tour of the new year.
