Rainier Resale Reports for King and Pierce Counties for September, 2015

This report takes the above one step further by drilling down on zip codes. For example, take the 98125 area; it had 45 closed sales this year as opposed to 38 last year showing an 18% increase. The median price went from $425,000 to $460,810 showing an 8% difference. Closed sales year-to-date went up 4% with a 9% change.

If you are interested in buying or selling real estate, the Seattle Market Flash and Appreciation Rates chart can give you a window into current activity. This chart shows the statistics for last month. We can see that Belltown still had the lowest appreciation rate of 11.4% with 45 closed sales this year. South Bellevue/Issaquah had a appreciation rate of 26.5% with 143 closed sales. Outside King County, Port Orchard is showing a 41.8% appreciation with 29 closed sales this year.
